Cookies and server logs

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics services. As with any website, our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (including IP address, browser type and time of access) for operation and security purposes.

Newsletter

If you sign up for updates on our website, we store your email address, the page language and the date of sign-up. We use the address only to send you news from Power Hub Zug and do not pass it on to third parties. The data is stored with Cloudflare, acting as our processor. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending us a short message; your address is then deleted.

Help search "Ask Me"

Using the "Ask Me" button on every page, you can ask a question and the search shows matching answers from our FAQ. To learn which questions our FAQ does not yet cover, we store the question that was typed, the language, and how well it matched. We do not store your IP address, browser, location or any identifier, we set no cookie, and the time is recorded only to the hour, so entries cannot be traced back to a person or linked to one another. Questions are automatically cleaned of email addresses, phone numbers, IBANs and web links before being stored, and are deleted after 90 days. Please do not enter personal details. To answer a question, the text is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which processes it as our provider and does not use it to train models.

Third-party services

Some functions link out to external services. If you use them, the privacy terms of those providers apply:

• Google Forms — for mentor and mentee registration and for job offers from employers. Google collects its own data in the process.
• Google Calendar and Outlook — if you add an event via the "Add to calendar" link, the provider's own terms apply.
• TWINT — for donations. Payment data is processed directly by TWINT and the banks involved.
• RaiseNow — processes online donations through a form at donate.raisenow.io, which opens when you click "Donate online"; RaiseNow AG acts as our data processor for this.

We may share data within the organising team, within the limits of applicable law.
