AILM 2027 brings together leaders from business, academia, entrepreneurship and the public sector to explore the forces shaping the future of work and inclusive labour markets.

For the second year, Power Hub Zug will support AILM with a team of volunteers working behind the scenes and helping the event run smoothly.

After three months of mentoring and professional development, Wave 9 mentors and mentees will come together to look back at the results, share success stories and exchange experiences.

The event brings everyone together once again to celebrate their progress and the shared experience of Wave 9.

The event will bring together a round table and job fair, creating space for discussion, professional exchange and direct connections with employers.

Power Hub Zug joined the SALON DE L'EMPLOI, alongside organisations working to strengthen professional integration in Switzerland.

At our stand, we introduced the Power Hub Zug mentoring programme, connected with job seekers, employers and integration organisations, and exchanged perspectives on how skilled Ukrainian refugees can build their careers in Switzerland.

Power Hub Zug joined Fest der Nationen, an event organised by FMZ Fachstelle Migration Zug to bring together Zug’s diverse communities.

Together with our partners UkrLavka GmbH and Tanzwerkstatt TANOK, we presented Ukrainian culture through food, dance and personal exchange, while our stand gave visitors the opportunity to meet the Power Hub Zug team and learn more about our mentoring programme.

Wave 9 began by bringing our community together — mentors, mentees, guests and the Power Hub Zug team. It was a gathering of new connections, shared experiences and inspiration, giving participants the chance to meet in person and start the mentoring wave together.

With 70 mentor–mentee pairs taking part in Wave 9, the Kick-off set the tone for three months of mentoring, learning and professional exchange.

Power Hub Zug joined this international conference connecting science, education and practice. Our Programme Manager, Svitlana Dekhtiar, shared Power Hub Zug’s experience in supporting the professional integration of displaced Ukrainian professionals in Switzerland through mentoring, networking and professional development.

Power Hub Zug brought together a team of volunteers to support the conference behind the scenes while connecting with employers, organisations, and professionals committed to improving labour market integration through collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

With the support of RAV Zug, Power Hub Zug presented its mentoring programme at the Zuger Jobmesse. The strong interest at our stand created many valuable conversations with jobseekers, professionals, and organisations interested in labour market integration.

Together with Capacity, Power Hub Zug organised the Forum for Work & Integration, bringing together participants, RAV representatives, hiring managers, and recruitment companies including Michael Page and Adecco. The event gave participants direct access to practical guidance, professional contacts, and valuable insights into the Swiss recruitment process.
